Quad Automation Inc. (QAI) Offers a variety of electrical engineering, consulting and system integration services to the manufacturing and process industries.   The services include: Feasibility and budget studies - Process diagnostics - Basic and detailed engineering - Various levels of PLC and computer programming - Power distribution, Drives, Automation and Instrumentation system design, supply and commissioning - Installation engineering - Project management - Equipment installations.

Engineering Studies

QAI offers Engineering, Feasibility and Budget Studies aimed at helping the plant manager solve engineering and process issues and establish project budgets and justification reports for the appropriation of project funds.

System Design

QAI has the expertise and track record of providing basic and detailed engineering services for power, drives, control and instrumentation systems in process and manufacturing facilities.  Powerful software and design tools are used for systems analysis and generation of drawings. In-house developments led to the extensive automation of the drawings production process, reducing engineering costs to the client.

Programming

Having extensive experience programming a variety of PLCs and HMIs, QAI offers effective solutions on any control platform.   Level I and Level II applications are developed using variety of languages and databases.

Installation

In addition to design and fabrication of control equipment, QAI undertakes turn-key projects which include complete supply-install responsibilities. 

Commissioning

Start-up and commissioning services are provided for Quad's supplied equipment, or as a service to any plant that needs additional field expert support. On turn-key projects we coordinate the commissioning services of all vendors.
